Technical support & training services
We have years of experience delivering training courses to water treatment plant (WTP) and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) operators and are ready to visit no matter where you are. After training is done we stay connected and can help our fellow operators troubleshoot problems and manage new and old systems better.
Technical support and training courses can be carried out remotely or onsite or a combination of both. We are ready to plan and deliver training courses – introductory or in-depth – on your behalf.

Before the job starts, Water Ray can help you plan and specify the systems you need to acquire and the tasks to be carried out in advance so that successive procurement activities can be swift, efficient and productive. For example we can provide technical studies and consultation to determine what’s needed, where and when then we can consult on short listing and selecting the best technical partners for the job.
Project management
For those with jobs won, our team is ready to manage your new contract from the off-takes to the inter-national logistics all the while managing tasks and communications to meet all your contract milestones.
International business development
Water Ray can help you find opportunities around the world, where would you like to work? We can support you inn finding local partners, we can source international projects and tenders and then help you respond to them. In time we want you to take the reigns so we are also available to set up and coach your own team which will then find, win and manage international jobs.
