Water Ray provided project management and training services for the construction, delivery and installation of a containerised drinking water treatment plant and a drinking water packing plant supporting Serbia’s disaster preparedness, funded by the European Commission.
Excellent communication and record keeping were essential as was punctuality in meeting contract milestones, one milestone had to be pushed forward due to a snow storm that threatened the training course but all parties were in agreement.
